To enter one of the discussion topics, click its headline (in blue). This will open the topic, along with all of the comments that have been made.

To contribute, you will need an ID - please don't be anonymous: we would like to follow up on your comments. Either click the Sign in option at the top right of the screen and register for a Blogger account (if you don't have one already). Or use an existing OpenID - see them here. Or you can simply use your name as part of an identity when you wish to post a comment. You may also add a URL (web link) at this point, linking for example to your Facebook profile, your Local Authority or a personal website.

To make a comment, click the Post a comment link at the top of the Comments section. You can type your comment at length, and if you know any html, you can add tags to embolden or otherwise enhance your text. When you are finished, you can Preview your comment or click Publish your comment.

To tell someone about a topic, click the email icon and send them a message which includes the topic's content.

To follow the blog, click the Follow the blog link below these instructions. You will need a Google account. You will then be able to stay in touch by email with new posts, as they are added.

To return to the blog home page, simply click the SurveyDigital banner at the top of the page.
